Shipping & Returns Policies

Domestic Shipping Policy - UK

Shipment processing time

 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These estimates include processing times.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like an update on your purchase.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Linear Bodies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Linear Bodies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will do our absolute best to rectify this, but please also contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 We currently do ship overseas, our delivery estimates can be found below.

Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked	7-9 days, though in some cases this could be up to 11 days.
International Standard	7-9 days, though in some cases this could be up to 11 days.

 

Returns Policy

We accept returns providing the item/s are returned to us in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Please get in touch to return your item, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. You must use the label provided and retain proof of returns, such as a receipt. Refunds will be given upon return of the item/s and will be processed within 5-7 days or receipt. Failure to return the item, or a return of an item in an unsatisfactory condition will be void of a full refund. Commissions are not open to refunds or returns.
